Want to Build a Confident Hitter from Day One?

This program was built to give young athletes a strong, confident foundation at the plate—whether they’re brand new to the sport or just getting serious about their swing.

Inside the course, you’ll find the exact drills I use with my in-person hitters—broken down step-by-step so your athlete can train with purpose, at their own pace, and from wherever they are.

We’ll focus on the basics:

  • Body Control

  • Rhythm

  • Swing Path

  • Building Good Habits Early

And don’t worry—I’m here with you every step of the way!

Let’s get started, let’s build some confidence, and let’s train with intention. I can’t wait to work with you!

Hi! I’m Jessica Bowden—a former D1 and D3 collegiate athlete who played at McNeese State and East Texas Baptist University, where I also earned my MBA while serving as a graduate assistant coach. I’m now a full-time hitting and pitching instructor based in Pearland, TX, with eight years of experience developing confident, skilled athletes.

I’m always learning so I can bring the best, most effective instruction to the players, parents, and coaches I work with—and I’m excited to be part of your journey!

Built on college-level experience, designed for young hitters.

Jessica brings years of playing and coaching at the collegiate level to help your athlete build a confident, fundamentally sound swing from day one.
